Psychometric Assessment (online)

Psychometric assessment is central to how I work with people and organisations. I use validated tools to provide clear, actionable insights into personality, capability, potential, and role fit. Assessments are always followed by feedback and practical recommendations, ensuring results translate into meaningful change.

Consulting and Facilitation (online and onsite)

My consulting work focuses on the human side of performance and organisational health. I help leaders and teams understand what’s happening beneath the surface, then design practical interventions that shift patterns and build capacity.

Therapy and Psychological Services

I also provide individual psychotherapy for a range of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns. This work draws on evidence-based approaches and is tailored to the client’s goals, context, and readiness for change.

You contact me to outline your situation and what you are hoping to achieve. We have a brief discussion to clarify your needs and determine whether psychometric assessment, consulting, coaching, or a combination is most appropriate.

Analysis and Feedback

Assessment Completion

The agreed assessments are distributed to the relevant individuals. They complete these online (or in agreed formats), and I collect and score the results.

Together, we agree on a tailored plan: which assessments to use, who will be involved, and how feedback will be delivered (e.g., individual sessions, team workshops, or written reports).

Action Steps and Implementation

We identify practical, realistic action steps to implement the recommended solutions—this may include coaching, role adjustments, team development, or targeted leadership work—with options for follow-up if desired.
